1. No Refund Policy

DMwithQAF LLC DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

By subscribing to the VPS Uptime Heartbeat Monitor Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You will not receive a refund for any reason whatsoever
  • This includes but is not limited to: change of mind, failure to use the Service, technical issues, downtime, cancellation of subscription, or any other reason

2. No Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of your subscription period. If you cancel your subscription, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be provided for the remaining time.

3. No Refund for Service Interruptions

We do not provide refunds for any service interruptions, downtime, or technical issues, regardless of duration or cause. Our Terms and Conditions and Disclaimer limit our liability for such events.

4. No Refund for Failed Monitoring

We do not provide refunds if our Service fails to detect downtime, fails to send alerts, or fails to auto-recover your applications. You acknowledge that monitoring systems can have failures and accept this risk.

5. No Refund for Customer Errors

We do not provide refunds for issues caused by your own actions, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect configuration of the desktop agent
  • Firewall or network issues preventing heartbeats
  • Failure to provide correct Telegram or SMS credentials
  • Expired subscription or payment issues

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider, your account will be immediately suspended. You will be responsible for all fees, costs, and expenses incurred by DMwithQAF LLC in connection with the chargeback, including chargeback fees and legal costs.

7. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new users. During the free trial, you can evaluate the Service at no cost. Once you upgrade to a paid subscription, the no-refund policy applies.

8. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refund will be provided for the remaining period.

9. Account Termination by Us

If we terminate your account for violation of our Terms and Conditions, no refund will be provided for any remaining subscription period.

10. Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy. You waive any right to dispute this policy.
